WINE WALK TICKET HOLDER INFORMATION
Every ticket holder MUST check in at the festival’s information center to “register” for the event.
Friday, February 2 between 11 AM and 3 PM
Saturday, February 3 from 10 AM – 6 PM
CoMilan (17 WEST Main Street)
Everyone attending MUST register in person and present their ID / proof of age. No exceptions can be made. If you purchased tickets for a group of individuals under your name, the people in your party will need to mention that name when they register.
Early registration is encouraged. However, please note that if you register the day prior to the event your event wristband will be secured on your wrist at that time. The wristband must remain on your wrist until you are finished with the Wine Walk.
Don’t worry if everyone in your party can’t arrive at the same time. People arriving at a different times can secure their tasting tickets & wristbands when they arrive by showing their ID.
All wine walk participants will be given a wristband. Please keep your wristbands on for the entire Wine Walk. You cannot be served if you are not wearing a wristband.
In addition to a wristband, participants will also receive 12 tasting tickets. There are thirteen wine walk locations. Each location will have two or more options. To ensure that as many people as possible have the option to sample the wines of their choice we ask that you sample each wine/spirit only once. However, you many sample as many different types of wine/spirits at a given location (until your tickets run out). Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
PLANNING YOUR ROUTE
You can visit the locations in any order that you want. Most of the Wine Walk locations are within a one-block area in downtown Milan. This makes it easy to skip a location and coming back later if it is crowded. Each location will have a host greeting guests.
• Finish your drink(s) before leaving any of the locations. Open containers are not permitted and individuals will be ticketed.
• Have a designated driver
• Be aware that drunken and unruly patrons may be refused service and asked to leave the event.
